Carbon Powder
It refers to calcined petroleum coke with a particle size of 0-1mm after screening. Petroleum coke powder is mainly used in the production of cored wires for steelmaking, and the cored wires for steelmaking mainly adopt carbon powder with sulfur content less than 0.5%. Our company's current toner products mainly include three types: sulfur < 0.5%, sulfur < 0.4%, and sulfur < 0.15%.
Mixing materials
It refers to calcined petroleum coke that has undergone high-temperature calcination but has not gone through processing procedures such as crushing or screening. The particle size of the general low-sulfur calcined petroleum coke mixture is 0-30mm, and the particle size distribution is normally uniform.
Resistance material/insulation material
It refers to the calcined petroleum coke of different particle sizes named after their uses in the electrode or negative electrode graphite chemical process. Generally, the particle size of resistance materials is selected as 8-25mm, and that of insulation materials is 0-2mm. In the market, calcined petroleum coke with sulfur content less than 1.0% is mostly used as graphitized resistance materials and insulation materials.
