Artificial Graphite Particles
This is a composite recycled carburizer. It is produced by pressing and drying graphite micropowder with additives, appearing as cylindrical greyish-black particles of approximately 5 mm. Retaining the properties of graphite, it helps cut costs and offers more options for cost-sensitive customers. The product is applicable to steelmaking and casting, and we can provide customized specifications as required.
Electrode fragmentation
This refers to crushed materials generated during the machining of carbon products after graphitization, as well as spent anode and waste electrodes. Graphite products undergo multiple pressing and purification processes in production, featuring high carbon content, excellent high-temperature resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity. With a compact, dense structure, high purity and high specific gravity, this product is mainly applied in the steelmaking and casting industries.
Graphitized Petroleum Coke
This product is produced by subjecting calcined petroleum coke to graphitization at a high temperature of 2500-3000℃. It features high carbon content with low sulfur and nitrogen levels, generally with sulfur content below 0.05% and nitrogen content under 300ppm. Widely used in steelmaking and casting, it delivers fast dissolution and high absorption rate. High-quality graphitized coke is an essential auxiliary additive for producing premium steel.
