Artificial Graphite Particles
It is a composite type of regenerated carbon additive, made by pressing and drying graphite micro-powder with additives. It is cylindrical in shape, grayish-black in color, about 5mm in size, retains the characteristics of graphite, can reduce costs, and provides more options for customers who need to cut costs. This product can be used in steelmaking and casting, and corresponding products can be provided according to customer requirements.
Electrode fragmentation
It refers to the crushed materials produced during the graphitization machine processing of carbon products or the residual anode and waste electrodes. Due to the fact that graphite products undergo multiple pressing and purification processes during production, they have a compact and dense structure, are highly pure and have a heavy specific gravity. These products are mainly used in the steelmaking and casting industries and are gradually being replaced by graphitized coke at present.
Graphitized coke
It refers to the formation of calcined petroleum coke products through high-temperature graphitization at 2,500 to 3,000 degrees Celsius, featuring high carbon, low sulfur and low nitrogen. Generally, sulfur content is below 0.05% and nitrogen content is below 300ppm. This product is widely used in the steelmaking and casting industries, featuring a fast dissolution speed and high absorption rate. High-quality graphitized coke is an indispensable auxiliary additive for the production of high-quality steel.
