Production and quality control
Relying on the full-process integrated production line (calcination furnace, graphitization furnace, classification, crushing, shaping, environmental protection dust removal equipment), the company realizes strict quality control from raw materials to finished products and has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification. Our company's graphitized carburizer, when treated at a high temperature of 3000℃, significantly reduces the ash and sulfur content, making it the preferred material for the smelting of ductile iron.
